Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, therapeutic massage designed to support the lymphatic system.

Using soft, rhythmic movements, it helps encourage the natural flow of lymph, reducing swelling, easing puffiness and supporting the body’s natural detox process.

This light, calming treatment focuses on the lymphatic system just beneath the skin, rather than deep muscle work.
