Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, therapeutic massage technique designed to support your body’s lymphatic system. Using light, rhythmic movements, MLD helps to encourage the natural drainage of lymph—removing waste, reducing swelling, and boosting your immune system.

In the 1 hour Luxury facial you will receive a double cleanse, hot towels, exfoliation, facial massage, head and scalp massage, hot towels, mask treatment, hand and arm massage, tone, serum and moisturiser using Botanicals.co.uk products.

Double Cleanse removes the top layers of dead skin cells and melts away debris, perspiration and pollution.

A build up of dead skin cells causes the skin to feel rough and gives a dull appearance.

Hot towels are applied to open up the pores.

Exfoliating with skin polish removes the top layers of dead skin cells and is the key to a good facial. Allowing the absorption and potency of Botanicals products.

Reiki therapy is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. The idea is that a person who specializes in reiki treatment, referred to as a reiki master, uses gentle touch – or places their hands just above your body – to help guide this energy in a way that leads to balance and healing.

While there’s no research to show that the energy field involved in reiki exists, you may find it relaxing.
